Keith M. Mishkin founded Cambridge Properties in 1994. Today, the company is the
Valley’s premier source for residential Urban Living. As President and Broker
of Cambridge Properties, Inc., Keith directly oversees the marketing
department, project managers, and developer representatives throughout the
sales and marketing campaign for each of the Cambridge developments. He devotes
the majority of his time to working with the Cambridge Community developers on
market research, feasibility, and pricing. Keith also works closely with all
sales associates on continuing training and education. A number of awards have
been presented to Keith throughout his career, including most recently:

David J. Neale, Director of New Home Sales and Marketing, is one of the valley’s
top sales managers and trainers. Over the past 18 years, David has been
involved with all facets of the home building business in Arizona and has sold
over 10,000 homes. David has worked in land acquisitions, construction,
development, financing and product development, and for the past 13 years, in
the capacity of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This diversity of
experience has allowed him to develop long term business relationships that
provide Cambridge clients with a reliable and effective sales and marketing
team.
As director of New Home Sales for Cambridge Properties, David works closely
with our builder clients through every step of the development process. From
land acquision through the closing of the last home, he provides valuable input
on product development, pricing, short and long term marketing strategies and
advertising. David continuously monitors each community and offers the
direction necessary to get a new community, literally, off the ground. He
reviews Purchase contracts, assists in obtaining the Public Reports, recommends
and assembles a team of professionals including title agencies, sales personnel
and mortgage lenders whose services are tailored to each community's specific
needs. David also oversees the Cambridge Properties Contract Administration
team and provides ongoing training and support to the sales staff.
